Betaling
Sport Direct Esbjerg modtager betaling med Dankort/VISA-Dankort. Betaling vil først blive trukket på din konto, når varen afsendes.Sport Direct Esbjerg krypterer alle dine kortoplysninger med den såkaldte SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protokol. Det betyder, at uvedkommende ikke kan aflæse dit kortnummer eller andre informationer under transaktionen med PBS.

Levering
Sport Direct Esbjerg sørger for levering med GLS Danmark. Rettidig levering forudsætter dog at GLS Danmark overholder dag-til-dag levering. Såfremt der opstår forsinkelser hos GLS Danmark, vil dette tilsvarende forsinke leverancen i forhold til den ønskede leveringsdato. Sport Direct Esbjerg kan ikke drages til ansvar for forsinkelser hos GLS Danmark. I tilfælde af meget forsinkede (adskillige dage) eller decideret udeblevne leverancer, fremsender Sport Direct Esbjerg naturligvis en ny leverance uden beregning.

Levering til Bornholm og visse småøer er ikke omfattet af GLS Danmarks målsætning om dag-til-dag levering, idet forsendelser til disse område i nogle tilfælde kan vare 2 dage. Sport Direct Esbjerg tager altid udgangspunkt i dag-til-dag levering. Som afsender kan du evt. vælge leveringsdatoen én dag tidligere for at kompensere for dette.

Vær opmærksom: der leveres kun til danske addresser.

Reklamationsret
Sport Direct Esbjerg yder 2 års reklamationsret i henhold til købeloven, omfattende fabrikations- og materialefejl, der konstateres ved varens normale anvendelse. Reklamationsretten dækker ikke fejl, skader eller slitage, direkte eller indirekte opstået som følge af forkert betjening, ringe vedligeholdelse, vold eller uautoriserede indgreb. Reklamation over fejl og mangler, som bør opdages ved sædvanlig undersøgelse af varen, skal meddeles Sport Direct Esbjerg indenfor rimelig tid. Varen kan efterfølgende returneres for reparation, ombytning eller efter aftale evt. kreditering. I forbindelse med reklamationssager afholder Sport Direct Esbjerg returneringsomkostninger i rimeligt omfang.

Varereturnering foregår også til denne adresse – bemærk at vi ikke modtager pakker sendt pr. efterkrav. Returnering kan også ske ved at nægte modtagelse eller aflevere varen personligt hos os. Det er ikke et krav men ekspeditionen fremmes, hvis fyldestgørende informationer følger pakken – eksempelvis kopi af ordrebekræftelse, registreringsnummer og kontonummer for bankkonto hvortil refusion kan foregå, kopi af evt. forudgående korrespondance medvidere.

Varer med påtrykt logo, navn eller anden form for tryk kan IKKE returneres.

Refusion
I tilfælde af aftalte dekorter, returnerede varer eller forudbetalte varer som afbestilles før afsendelse, skal der ske en hel eller delvis refusion af købesummen. Refusion sker normalt altid ved tilbageførsel til det anvendte kort ved købet, i enkelte tilfælde kan Sport Direct Esbjerg få brug for oplysninger om registreringsnummer og kontonummer for din bankkonto til brug for overførsel til en bankkonto. Disse oplysninger er ikke følsomme, og kan uden videre oplyses pr. email eller anden traditionel korrespondanceform.

Fortrydelsesret
Der er 14 dages returret på varerne, regnet fra den dag de modtages. Hvis du vælger at fortryde et køb, skal du blot returnere varen i væsentligt samme stand og mængde som du modtog den. Når varen er modtaget retur og godkendt, refunderes købsprisen til din konto indenfor få dage. Omkostninger til returnering skal du selv afholde. Payment

Sport Direct Esbjerg receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. Delivery

Sport Direct Esbjerg arranges delivery with GLS Denmark. Timely delivery, however, presupposes that GLS Denmark complies with day-to-day delivery. If delays occur at GLS Denmark, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Sport Direct Esbjerg cannot be held responsible for delays at GLS Denmark. In case of very late (several days) or decidedly non-delivery, Sport Direct Esbjerg will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

 

Delivery to Bornholm and certain small islands is not covered by GLS Denmark’s goal of day-to-day delivery, as shipments to these areas can in some cases last 2 days. Sport Direct Esbjerg is always based on day-to-day delivery. As a sender, you may. select the delivery date one day earlier to compensate for this.

Right of complaint

Sport Direct Esbjerg provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including manufacturing and material defects that are found during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused as a result of incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered during the usual examination of the product must be notified to Sport Direct Esbjerg within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or by agreement if necessary. crediting. Return of goods also takes place at this address – please note that we do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or handing over the item in person with us. It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if adequate information accompanies the package – for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which a refund can be made, a copy of any prior correspondence further.

 

Items with a printed logo, name or other type of print can NOT be returned.

 

Refund

In the case of agreed decors, returned goods or prepaid goods which are canceled before dispatch, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Refunds are usually always made by returning to the card used at the time of purchase, in some cases Sport Direct Esbjerg may need information about the registration number and account number for your bank account for use in transfer to a bank account. This information is not sensitive and can easily be provided per. email or other traditional form of correspondence.

 

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item has been received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the cost of return yourself.
